Diplomacy and eloquence are necessary in reaching a goal or obtaining possession. Passion, impatience and irritation are suppressed to make way for the approach most likely to succeed. Ruse, violence, seduction and eloquence can be used. Where a solicitor can occupy a modest position, others walk dubious ways to persuade and achieve a set goal.
There are two formats: Solicitor requests something of the Adversary, who refuses to cooperate. Or, there are Opposing Parties who cannot reach agreement and so their dispute is resolved by the Arbitrator.
